A European manufacturing company is looking for a Legal Counsel skills to join its team, and to become the expert consultant to the management team. Reporting directly to the Legal Manager, this role is supposed to deal with the daily legal issue of the group. This position is based in Shanghai or Suzhou.

 

 
主要职责：

In this role, you will advise legal matters to management and make the team to be a strong support to the company’s business.


• Consulting legal matters in particular drafting, commenting and negotiating contracts;

• Representing company in court, arbitration and mediation;

• Supervise compliance with legal regulations.


  

 
任职要求：

• Bachelor degree or above major in law;

• PRC bar;

• Over 6 years’ experience as in-house legal counsel in MNC or lawyer in reputable law firm in China;

• Sound commercial sense and problem-solving ability;

• English proficiency.
