• Consults and advises managers on organizational structure, teamwork effectiveness, retention and staffing strategies. Develops appropriate position descriptions and coordinates company Career Path evaluation and grading and compensation actions with Compensation Department. As appropriate develops and recommends special incentive or recognition programs; • Coaches managers in performance management including goal setting performance improvement plans, and employee relations. Manages the Performance Management and Development System process to ensure timeliness and quality in objective setting review and closure, and administers the annual cycle including coordination with Corporate Compensation Annual Incentive Plan deployment and payment; • Ensures deployment of corporate development programs and works with local management and Corporate HR to develop and deploy employee education and learning programs as needed; • Partners with managers to develop Succession Plans, and oversees succession planning follow up actions. Works with managers to develop employees at the next level to ensure robust bench strength and a strong pipeline of talent; • Works with managers to plan and implement change with a focus on ensuring effective employee communications.
