• Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering or Business Administration; • Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry, minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience; • Experience in B2B sales; • Experience in planning and reporting structures of international companies; • Advanced understanding of electronics and economics (in particular costing); • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills; • Ability to work in intercultural environment; • Advanced level of professional English (both written and oral).
