• Strategy and planning: Develop and monitor the implementation of key accounts strategy, business plan and budget in order to achieve/exceed the Business Unit and Automotive Greater China's business strategy, plan and budget; • New business development: Identify potential business and growth opportunities; and acquire new businesses/projects (in existing and new platforms) in order to meet/exceed new business sales targets; • Relationship development and maintenance: Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with senior leadership of key accounts in order to promote Company’s brand awareness, existing and new products and develop profitable business relationships; • Sales: Allocate and monitor the response to key account customers’ RFQ; serve as a liaison between key account customers and leadership team in Automotive BU; recommend, promote and sell products and services that meet with customers' business needs; and negotiate large contracts and product specifications with senior leadership of key accounts in order to achieve/exceed department sales and profitability targets; • Customer service: Monitor order fulfilment, the provision of ongoing support to high value clients and resolve escalated customer complaints and warranty issues in order to ensure high customer satisfaction among key account customers; • Product and customer database: Review product, competitor and client aggregate database updates; and lead the sharing sessions in the organization in order to disseminate information and improve customer service; • Working capital control: Monitor the issuance of payment notices and collection of account receivables in order to achieve account receivables targets. Forecast and plan sales in order to manage inventory levels;
