• Leads the production unit, related processes and staff in the execution of world class operational performance;

• Productivity improvement for reducing cost;

• Delivers products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates. Ensures there is an optimum production process as regards routing, supplies and manpower levels;

• Supervises, selects, develops, coaches and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient manufacturing;

• Manages pilot production and production preparation activities.

• Bachelor degree or above;

• 7 years experiences in production management;

• Specialized knowledge of production methods;

• Management and coaching of Unit Leaders and Coordinators;

• Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill /Lean concepts;

• Excellent English.
