In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of quality control, responsible for new project development quality.

• Ensure that all applicable standards of quality are known, understood, implemented and are aligned to meet customer specific requirements;

• Sets and monitors SPC data to ensure delivery of consistent quality from suppliers or to customers; 

• Leads and follows-up responds to customer concerns with regards to quality; 

• Plans and coordinates the preparation and submission of PPAP documents;

• Participate in the checking fixture and holding fixture buy-off; 

• Participate in the APQP gate reviews, technical reviews etc. and report on the status of plant activities;

• Maintain Lessons learned data bases to provide feedback for new programs and processes; 

• Assists in the development of standardized work processes and process improvements; 

• Leads and follows-up with execution and timing of the pre-production build quality requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering; 

• Familiar with TS16949 and ISO14001 ,Knowledge of Quality Systems; 

• Core tools certificate (SPC, MSA, AMEF, PC, APQP y PPAP);

• 5 years or above related experience; 

• 3 years related managerial experience in manufacturing setting; 

• Experience in coordination of multidisciplinary teams; 

• Fast respond and problem solving.
