In this role, you will manage the quality team and make the team to be a strong support to the company’s business.

• Manages and participates in the development and implementation of quality control specifications, standards, and programs for parts and finished products, and the packaging thereof; 

• Implements and monitors master plan timetable for quality control initiatives; 

• Develops and recommends inspection, sampling, testing and packaging techniques that ensure finished products meet quality specifications and standards for the quality wall before deliver to customer; 

• To participate the activities of plant quality control programs and the formulation of new or revised policies and procedures to effect improvements, reduce costs and enhance efficiency; 

• Analysis and feedback to plant for the quality wall data weekly on product defects and recommends modifications if possible; 

• Assists plant for the new product trials control prior to delivery to protect customers; 

• Engages in the typical responsibilities of quality wall team management and quality awareness building; 

• Supervisory responsibility involving staffing, conducting performance appraisals, training and developing subordinates, daily work discipline monitoring enhancement; 

• Carries out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 

• More than 5 years working experience in plant quality control; rich experience of workshop management skills; 

• Good communication skills and strong team leader and player with onsite team leaders and inspectors.

• Experience with SPC methods and techniques, inspection tools, blueprints, customer service corrective action systems, and supplier corrective action systems.
