Automation Sales Manager
Annual Package:CNY400,000 – CNY500,000 per annum + target bonusWorkplace:Shanghai Consultant:Keelyn Wu
Responsibilities:
• Clarify technical and commercial issues with customer's technical and purchasing engineers;
• Prepare bidding documentations and proposal presentation for customer;
• Build close relationship with major OEM company;
• Strengthen close corporation with Integrators in auto industry;
• Identification of potential customers and opportunities;
• Support Proposal team;
• Forecast orders for sales operation;
• Accountability for complete contract under risk control;
• Timely reporting on market trends, customer operations and competitors' activities;
• Using salesforce as working tool.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree and above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or Business;
• At least 7 years' experience in Automotive System, Familiar with local OEM and Tier1;
• Solid Customer Relationship with Automotive industrial Customers;
• A self -starter and able to work against ambitious targets;
• Demonstrated selling skills and strategic thinking;
• Project Manager background is preferred;
• Good business sense, has proactive insight of customer value and needs;
• Excellent negotiation skills and open characteristics;
• Good team-working ability and proactive attitude in self-coordinating;
• Good command of English (both written and oral);
• Demonstrated accountability, reliability and integrity;
• Availability for frequent domestic and international travel.
