Responsibilities：
In this role, you will advise legal matters to management and make the team to be a strong support to the company’s business.
• Consulting legal matters in particular drafting, commenting and negotiating contracts;
• Representing company in court, arbitration and mediation;
• Supervise compliance with legal regulations.
Requirements：
• Bachelor degree or above major in law;
• PRC bar;
• Over 6 years’ experience as in-house legal counsel in MNC or lawyer in reputable law firm in China;
• Sound commercial sense and problem-solving ability;
• English proficiency.
