Internal Control Manager

Responsibilities：
In this role, you will manage the audit team to conduct the field work regularly and make the team to be a strong support to the company’s business.
• In charge of the field work and improve the internal control system;
• Plan, execute and be responsible for audit projects and assignments;
• Evaluate, report and feedback on the risk management system of group;
• Train and coach the team to improve the seniority of the subordinates.
Requirements：
• Bachelor degree in Auditing related majorities with at least 8 years working experience;
• CPA, CIA or other related qualifications are preferred;
• Familiar with all the functions in business and operation process;
• Fluent spoken and written Japanese.
