Finance Supervisor
Annual Package：CNY150,000 – CNY180,000 per annum + target bonusWorkplace：Changshu Consultant：Len Zhou
Responsibilities：
In this role, you will manage the finance team including controlling regularly and make the team to be a strong support to the company’s business.
• Lead monthly closing task and make sure meet closing schedule requirement;
• Insure financial reports accurately and timely to release;
• Follow up OE performance and alarm warning if exceed;
• Lead yearly closing task and make sure meet closing schedule requirement;
• Collect the OE budget from each department and combine together and work out swing;
• Monitor finance department routine work make sure healthy operation and make improvement;
• Cooperate with auditor to finish yearly audit task and get clean audit report timely;
• Monthly scorecard data collect and other analysis reports;
• Key members of High-Tech project, insure accounting treatment meet High-Tech policy request;
• Tax tasks cover and risk analysis, provide suggestion for tax plan;
• And other tasks superior arranged.
Requirements：
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. CPA is plus;
• Over five to eight years’ working experience in accounting field, better have multi position experience in accounting field, such as GL/costing/tax;
• Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure and stay positive in challenging environment.
