Production Head
Annual Package：CNY 500,000 – CNY700,000 per annumWorkplace：Suzhou Consultant：Len Zhou
Responsibilities：
• Leading production team to deliver production plan safely and with good quality and high efficiency;
• Be responsible of the management, coordination, planning, and successful execution of the production plan;
• Coaching and encouraging the team on continuous improvement to ensure safety, quality, efficiency and other production targets continuous improved and are met on time;
• Overseeing the production process, managing the budget, ensuring the supply of raw materials, and monitoring the quality of the products;
• Be responsible for the effective management of the human resources and ensure people’s capability in production department continuous improved to meet business requirement;
• A member of the Plant Leadership Team producing monthly report and performance measure indicators playing a full part in the running of the business.
Requirements：
• Bachelor degree or above, in engineering field;
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in multi-national company ;
• Experience in the medical industry is a must;
• Good communication;
• Lean knowledge;
• Fluent in English.
