Sr.Production Manager
Annual Package：CNY 400,000 – CNY450,000 per annumWorkplace：Suzhou Consultant：Len Zhou
Responsibilities：
• Work with the operation manager to build up the production and maintenance team, including hiring, training & developing, performance assessment to ensure the production team efficiency and meet the production targets;
• Monitor the production plan execution to ensure timely quality product delivery according to customer requirements;
• Delivers products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates. Ensures there is an optimum production process as regards routing, supplies and manpower levels;
• To ensure the team to follow all policies and disciplines and make sure the working environment safe and comfortable;
• Ensure equipment installation and maintenance for plant normal operation;
• Make sure all operations are in aligned with EHS regulations;
• People culture and development.
Requirements：
• Rich working experience in foreign companies as plant manager or operation manager or production manager;
• Familiar with TS16949 certification;
• Should have rich experience in steel or automotive industry;
• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the team to achieve the targets;
• Fluent English verbally and in writing;
• Excellent communication skills and leadership.
