Marketing Manager
Annual Package：CNY300,000 - CNY350,000 per annum + target bonusWorkplace：Shanghai Consultant：Keelyn Wu
Responsibilities：
• In this role, you will manage the Marketing team in Shanghai to support the overall business;
• Study & Comprehensive Understand of field regulation as business driver and identify business potential;
• Develop & maintain business plan, managing product lifecycles, and product positioning in the market place;
• Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies and achieve gross margin target;
• Interfaces with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product line.
Requirements：
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience (background in industrial Saels/Marketing preferred);
• Visioning of the segment and results oriented;
• Proactive working attitude;
• Strong team skills and able to work under pressure;
• Strong logic & analytical skills;
• Quick learner and able to adapt to new business environment.
