Responsibilities：
In this role, you will manage the finance team including IE & CI and make the team to be a strong support to the company’s business.
• Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects in whole plant;
• Champion on all aspects of the plant’s goals matrix related CIP and quality;
• Serves as a close resource for the each manager to implement company vision;
• Lead & Track the status for problem solving and EHS safety improvement;
• As one catalyst for change management and process improvement throughout the organization;
• Involve PCO cost reduction programs related with design, material change and process;
• Involve and track more parts localization to reduce material cost;
• Provides technical service and problem solving suggestion as expert;
• Improve manufacturing capability working with global ME team;
• Design plant layout and material flow chart working with global and MCC team;
• Improve production capacity through cycle time reduction and process standardization.
Requirements：
• 5+ years of operations leadership experience with broad knowledge of multiple functional areas;
• Plant layout design and re-layout approver;
• Initiate activities on production line balance and cycle time improvement;
• Lead lean project and CIP program completion on time;
• Build more manufacturing engineering capability;
• Production quality of compressor parts;
• New procedures development on time.
