Quality Manager
Annual Package：CNY250,000 – CNY350,000 per annumWorkplace：Jiangsu Consultant：Len Zhou
Responsibilities：
• Support R&D and NPI team on advanced product quality planning for new product to ensure key quality control points are addressed before mass production;
• Be responsible for product quality planning by establishing and improving quality control plan, monitor process and quality measures, coordinate the corrective action, preventive actions and drive continual improvement through six sigma approach in supporting BU;
• Work with Operations to reduce FQC/PQC DPPM, improve product FPY to improve Product Quality and Productivity;
• Follow up internal and external customer complaint with coordinate defective analysis, root cause analysis, corrective actions initiation and implementation, response to customer when needed, dispose the return goods;
• Coordinating quality program, management reviews and continual improvement activities at support BU level, ensure the compliance of ISO9001/TL9000 requirement/corporate requirements/BU requirements;
• Build and maintain quality awareness and culture in operations/quality team of supporting BU.
Requirements：
• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, RF background is preferred;
• 10 years or above related experience with minimum 3 years in manager role;
• Familiar with Microsoft office, Windows operation, fluent in both written & spoken English;
• Six sigma knowledge and strong problem solving skill;
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent and willing to work under pressure.
