I have a high polymer chemical engineering bachelor's degree and at the beginning of my career, I had 6 years’ technical sales experience and then I successfully transformed into a professional executive searcher that was in charge of the recruitment of middle and high end human resource management. I had four years’ professional experience in executive search industry and served in the international well-known executive search company and independently explored the new market. At present, I focus on the recruitment of human resources, sales and marketing functions.
