Before joining the executive search industry, I engaged in financial audit work and had ACCA (British Chartered Certified Public Accountants) professional qualification. In my 10 years’ executive search career, I became a consultant with one million yuan from the most junior consultant step by step and independently set up executive search teams in new cities and industries. At present, I am responsible for the recruitment of finance, information technology functional positions and the industrial automation industry.
