A US listed high-tech manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Controller with a strong leadership skills to join its team, and to drive and control company s overall finance activity. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is supposed to cover finance and IT function. This position is based in Suzhou.

In this role, you will manage the finance team including accounting & controlling regularly and make the team to be a strong support to the company’s business.
• development and extending international and local finance & admin activities; • work out the operation plans and financial plans by months, quarters and years. Apply checking analysis on performing conditions termly; • collect the business data and financial data of the business, providing related financial analysis reports on operation data and financial data from the aspects of profitability, liquidity and operational efficiency; • summary the performing condition of revenue, expense and capital budgets and analyzing the differences between and budget numbers and the actual numbers.

• bachelor degree in Accounting related majorities with at least 10 years financial working experience; • CPA, ACCA or other related qualifications are preferred; • Excellent & practical finance controlling abilities such as Mth/ Q/ Y forecast, data analysis, Budget VS Expense compare, potential risk finding and avoiding etc.; • Pro-active and self-driven, aggressive and result oriented in daily work and also a supporting team player; • Fluent spoken and written English; • Min 5 years Leadership is requested.
