A Global Automotive multi-million manufacturing plant is looking for a Deputy General Manager with a strong leadership skills to join it s team in Zhejiang, and to drive and control company s internal operation teams. Reporting directly to the General Manager.

• Cooperating with the GM for defining the strategies of the company, in fields of Product, Operation, Technology, and Business Development; • Directing the OEM needs analysis and concept designing, directly leading all product development activities management; • R&D program management and ensuring the SOP of all programs; • Organizing resources for solving all R&D and technology related issues; • Studying on new technology, introducing new tech and processes, and potential cooperation in global wide; • Supporting the Sales department for technical communication, biding and quotation, proposal and so on with the OEMs; • Being in charge of the entire operation system, leading the plant managers for ensuring effective plant management, including.

• Bachelor degree or above, in engineering field; • Over 15 years automotive industry working experience, with experience in interior & exterior field is a plus; • Solid background in Product Development, or Program Management field, with experience in leading the NPI process for manufacturing is a plus; • With operation Lean experience and familiar wth ISO and TS16949 is a plus; • English speaking, with good communication capability.
