An international automotive component manufacturing company is looking for an Internal Audit Manager with a strong leadership skills to join its team, and to analyze the potential business risks and provide management suggestions to the board. Reporting directly to the Internal Audit Director, this role is supposed to lead a group of team to perform assigned projects. This position is based in Suzhou.

In this role, you will manage the audit team to conduct the field work regularly and make the team to be a strong support to the company’s business.
• In charge of the field work and improve the internal control system; • Plan, execute and be responsible for audit projects and assignments; • Evaluate, report and feedback on the risk management system of group; • Train and coach the team to improve the seniority of the subordinates.

• Bachelor degree in Auditing related majorities with at least 8 years working experience; • CPA, CIA or other related qualifications are preferred; • Familiar with all the functions in business and operation process; • Fluent spoken and written Japanese.
