An international automotive manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Manager with a strong communicational skills to join its team, and to support company s overall finance projects. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role is supposed to cover finance and ERP function. This position is based in Suzhou.

In this role, you will be a great communication bridge between Finance and other functions and lead several projects as a PM in the organization.
• Responsible for the ERP implementation project in the organization; • Manage the ERP projects as an internal contact window to the group companies and external consultants; • Develop and coach of internal staff to roll out the ERP and ; • Summary the performing condition of revenue, expense and capital budgets and analyzing the differences between and budget numbers and the actual numbers.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting related majorities with at least 5 years financial working experience; • Big 4 working experience is preferred; • Pro-active and self-driven, aggressive and result oriented in daily work and also a supporting team player; • Fluent spoken and written English; • Excellent communicational and interpersonal skill.
