• Overall in charge of the Plant including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, etc.;

• Promote the company Vision, Core Values, and Leadership rules; 

• Make sure all operations are in aligned with EHS regulations;

• Lead by example and walking around. Demonstrate positive and proactive attitude where people feel free to participate in problem solving and decision making process. Promote team ownership through empowerment, responsibility, and authority;

• Coordinate the establishment and focus on team goals, production objectives, utilization of plant facilities, equipment, materials and staff and key performance indicators; improve profitability and positive cash flow;

• Develop and oversee budget. Control costs to meet benchmark targets. Develop and implement productivity programs and projects to reduce costs;

• Develop, maintain and administer a sound organizational plan; initiate improvements as necessary for high quality succession planning at all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical or engineering is preferred;

• More than 10 years relative working experience, and with more than 5 years managerial role experience, in machinery related industrial is preferred;

• Good interpersonal and communication skill;

• Strong at people management and decision making;

• Fluent English communication skill and presentation skills.
