• Support the HR Director to manage and supervise the whole HR activities of plant, provide comprehensive guidance and professional advice to the management on personnel strategies, policies and practices which support the achievement of the company's business objectives while fulfilling its obligations to employees; 2 . Provide management of human resource planning, recruitment and retention, training and development, performance management and motivation, employee relation on a daily basis; • Support the HR Director to identify, develop and implement advanced, effective HR policies and strategies in line with business operation; • Develop and maintain official communication channel to ensure management team can have routine interaction with employee on the mutual progress and expectations • Develop and maintain official communication channel, including cooperation with government, universities, associations, media, etc to improve company image in human resource market; • In charge of Headcount control, organization chart update, and HR programs planning and implementation; • Responsible for the performance management as matter champion and support to the C&B function; • Other tasks or duties as assigned.
