• Understand and provide strategic HR support at business level includes but not limited on analysis of broad data sources for strategic business-based decision; • Take shared accountability with line management for business goals and achieving effective employee performance, engagement and retention; • Take shared responsibility of organization capability, workforce planning, budgeting and change management with line management; • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop your responsible HR team to ensure HR Strategy at your responsible area is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets; • Take shared responsibility of integrated talent management strategy and process, make sure career planning, succession planning, talent development plan is in place to meet middle term business needs; • Oversee and ensure that all activities and programs related to human capital are implemented in accordance with the organization’s HC strategy; • Take responsibility for yearly budget/quarterly forecast of headcount and cost center planning of the responsible scope; • Assist and play a bridge role between competence centers and shared services to design Greater China policies, process and guidelines; • Review all process with MOVE concepts and make sure it implementation in an effective and efficient way; • Responsible for HR related issue regarding the construction of new plant Participate & execute other HR projects, programs or activities.
