• To provide the strategic interface to senior managers/ stakeholders, providing high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives; • Gives inputs for manpower resources to achieve the business plan; • Develops adequate organizational structures and optimizes HR processes; • Implements appropriate HR Policies/systems: Recruiting, Training, C&B, Employment Relations etc. • Ensures correct implementation of compensation & benefits systems and correctly applies social legislation; • Hires high potential competent persons from different levels through different recruiting channels; • Fosters positive company climate/culture in the company, ensures adequate employee relations and communication flows in different levels inside the company; • Be responsible for training and development of direct subordinates; • Be responsible for maintenance of the Company Organization Chart; • Responsible for HR related issue regarding the construction of new plant Participate & execute other HR projects, programs or activities.
