• Head of AP Sales will play a key role in the business transformation by driving the sales and leading the management and development of the China and AP sales organization in order to ensure; • Delivery of sales targets; • Effective customer management; • New customer development; • Effective sales team management, monitoring & way of working. • Achieve sales targets as per the strategic growth plan;
• Manage and further build AP sales team; • Define sales team management, working way and monitoring process; • Ensure strong coordination with the rest of the China management team; • Manage Marketing team to ensure product support & trial, customer and team training and complaint handling.
