• Fully understand clients including their products, needs and organization so as to represent the “voice of customer”; • Develop sales strategy and grow the business, focusing on clients as well as powertrain or chassis China business strategy; • Develop proposal strategies, maximize value of the product and deliver sales revenue; • Work together with Product Engineer to identify sales opportunities including negotiate prices for engineering changes, prototypes and premiums with customer purchasing to support profitability improvement; • Gather and communicate competitive information for commercial and technical intelligence; • Forecast business opportunities for short term and long term planning; • Be part of the China Sales Team and coordinate with regional Sales initiatives; • Manage of targeted customer relations.
