In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of quality control, responsible for new project development quality. • Ensure that all applicable standards of quality are known, understood, implemented and are aligned to meet customer specific requirements; • Sets and monitors SPC data to ensure delivery of consistent quality from suppliers or to customers; • Leads and follows-up responds to customer concerns with regards to quality; • Plans and coordinates the preparation and submission of PPAP documents; • Participate in the checking fixture and holding fixture buy-off; • Participate in the APQP gate reviews, technical reviews etc. and report on the status of plant activities; • Maintain Lessons learned data bases to provide feedback for new programs and processes; • Assists in the development of standardized work processes and process improvements; • Leads and follows-up with execution and timing of the pre-production build quality requirements.
