• In this role, you will manage the Marketing team in Shanghai to support the overall business; • Study & Comprehensive Understand of field regulation as business driver and identify business potential; • Develop & maintain business plan, managing product lifecycles, and product positioning in the market place; • Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies and achieve gross margin target; • Interfaces with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product line.
